Lead the Assessment Content team (design, editorial, copy edit, and shared services) through subteam Managers/Senior Managers, and the Assessment Research team (researchers, a statistical programmer, and a psychometrician) fostering tight collaboration across teams to drive an integrated, end-to-end assessment development and research processes
Own delivery of the assessment roadmap, including planning, staffing, timelines, and quality.
Partner with Product Management to shape the roadmap, through content expertise, research, and market insights, including emerging technology and new product opportunities.
