Senior Development Manager - Developer Acceleration

Hi, I'm Kristien, a Director of Engineering at Jane leading our Dev Acceleration team. This team’s mission is to experiment with ways AI can help our developers build and ship better software, faster. Jane is founder-led and our mission is to help the helpers. This team is one way we do that: the quicker our developers can build, the sooner the clinics who rely on Jane get what they need.

AI tools and ideas change every week, so this team moves fast. We try things, keep what works, and happily drop what doesn't. You'll lead a small, experienced team who head out to explore, then come back together to build.
