This is a new, founding team within our Engineering org. The infrastructure that powers Jane's customer decisions exists today, but it's been built incrementally, across teams, without dedicated ownership. Together, you'll assess what we have, help define where we're headed, and build the systems and standards that get us there. Some of what exists will stay. Some will be replaced. All of it needs a cohesive strategy.
The team owns the collection and delivery layer end-to-end, event pipelines, CDP tooling, and source integrations.
