As a Senior Sales Commission Analyst you will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of our global sales compensation programs. This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, People Operations, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure commissions are calculated accurately, paid on time, and aligned with business objectives.
You will help manage the full commission lifecycle, from plan setup and quota assignments through calculation, validation, reporting, and issue resolution. This position requires someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex data, compensation plans, and commission systems.
