As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will support the systems, reporting, processes, and technology used by our growing talent acquisition team. This role will help maintain Greenhouse and related integrations, prepare reports, analyze recruiting data, support team KPIs, assist with capacity planning, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve the candidate and recruiter experience.
