Director, Southeast State Management

We’re looking for a Pricing & Risk Director to own the strategic direction of Kin’s eastern region , leading a team of state managers and setting the pricing and risk frameworks that drive sustainable, profitable growth across our most complex markets.

This role exists at a pivotal moment. As Kin continues to expand into new states and deepen its presence in high-risk markets, we need a director who can move with speed and precision , someone who brings both the analytical depth to make smart pricing decisions and the leadership presence to align teams, influence executives, and navigate a demanding regulatory environment.
