Operations Manager, Product Implementation

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Operations Manager to join our Provider Core Ops, Systems Implementation (PCOSI) team to lead Product Implementation. In this role, you will manage the product implementation team, driving the operational execution, change management, and launch strategy for product features that impact Lyra’s full provider network and client base.

You will serve as the essential bridge translating clinical standards, service line goals and business growth targets into seamless product rollouts. You will manage a high-performing team and partner directly with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Service Line leaders.
