You will own payables, receivables and cash at Mesh, end to end: the subledgers, the reconciliations, and collections. You are our dedicated collections owner, so customers are billed correctly and pay on time, and your part of the close is done and reconciled in the first week.
What You'll Do
- Own AP: bill processing with our part-time AP processor, the weekly payment run for approval, AP reconciliation to the Bill.com aging, and clean-up of aged and negative items.
- Own cash & crypto: monthly reconciliations for every bank and wallet, the Bill.com clearing account and restricted cash, and cash application for wire and stablecoin receipts.
