You own FP&A at Mighty. That means the operating model, the forecast, the budget, the monthly reporting, and the analysis leadership uses to make decisions. You take a business question, find the data, build the model, and come back with an answer and a point of view, without needing someone to lay out the steps for you.

Our SaaS community platform is the core of the business, and the launch of people magic ai will complement it. You will help leadership understand how the business is performing and where to invest.

You report to our Head of Finance and work closely with our accounting team and with leaders across product, engineering, sales, success, and marketing.
