As a Full-Stack Engineer focused on Compliance, you will design the foundations of Ondo's onboarding and compliance platform. You will own the systems that determine how users establish eligibility, move through KYC/KYB and compliance review, and how Operations and Compliance teams investigate and resolve cases.
Your scope spans the full workflow, from the user-facing onboarding experience to the internal tools, decision logic, data models, and third-party integrations behind it. You will set technical direction, define system boundaries and invariants, and evolve the platform as our products, policies, and scale change.
