Summary from the posting
Reddit is a community of communities, built around the conversations, interests, and experiences people share with one another. Moderators are the heart of that ecosystem: they shape community norms, keep spaces healthy, and help communities grow.
As Reddit continues to scale globally, this role will help define how we support moderators, reduce the burden of running healthy communities, and evolve moderation from reactive manual work into proactive, intelligent systems.
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to help define the future of moderation on Reddit.
This is a short summary. The full description, requirements and the application form are on Reddit's own career page.
