As Director, Engineering Operations, you will build and evolve the operating system of the CTO organization while steering the AI transformation of our engineering and cloud infrastructure operations. You will work across Engineering, Cloud Ops, and product partners to create confidence in delivery, surface technical risks early, drive modern AI-enabled engineering workflows, and empower leaders to focus on long-term strategy and architectural outcomes.
This is a highly visible role for a deeply technical operator who can move comfortably between software architecture, cloud platforms, AI-driven automation, data, and organizational dynamics.
