Workato sits between Salesforce, Zendesk, and the tools our operations teams use every day, so the work has a direct line to real outcomes for providers and patients. Day to day, you will build automations that remove manual work for operations teams, investigate why an integration failed and make sure it fails visibly going forward, and find the places where a process is more expensive or more fragile than it needs to be.
