Operations Associate - Payments

Snorkel AI is seeking a detail-oriented Payments Operations Associate to support the compensation lifecycle for a broad and growing network of Expert Contributors who power our LLM data development efforts. You'll be the front line for expert support - investigating and resolving contributor payment issues and discrepancies with clarity, professionalism, and technical rigor.

You'll sit at the intersection of data operations, finance, product, and program teams, working within complex pay structures that include quality-based incentives.
