Role
As Chief of Staff you are the right hand of the Managing Director, Germany. You drive the most important cross-functional projects from idea to execution across our B2B2C and B2C sales channels in Germany.
You run the operating rhythm of the German business, build the analyses behind key decisions and act as the MD's proxy with Sword's global teams and take on leadership responsibility very quickly. This is a hands-on role with a steep learning curve and a clear path into a leadership position.
