Role

At Sword, quality isn't a final checkpoint, it's a mindset the whole team owns, and as a QA Analyst, you're the one who leads it. This goes way beyond executing tests: you'll own quality end-to-end, shaping the experience long before a line of code is written and long after a feature goes live. Before a feature is even built, you're already in the room, asking the sharp questions that stop issues before they're born. From there, you'll design and run test cases with real autonomy, trusted to make the calls that matter.
