Thrive Market is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Search, Shopping & GEO to own and accelerate one of our most important customer acquisition engines.

You’ll lead strategy and performance across paid Search and Shopping, including Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising, while helping Thrive Market build its capabilities in the rapidly evolving world of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

We’re looking for more than a channel expert. The best person for this role will combine deep technical expertise in Search and Shopping with strong growth instincts, customer intuition, and commercial judgment.
