Partner Operations Analyst

As a Partner Operations Analyst at Thumbtack, you'll play a key role in keeping our partnerships business running smoothly while helping build the processes and systems that support its growth. You'll own partner onboarding and ongoing operational support, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and help turn new partnership initiatives into scalable, repeatable operations.

This role is a mix of hands-on execution, cross-functional project management, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects independently, use AI and automation to simplify workflows, and help launch new programs as our partnerships business evolves.
