Two Chairs is seeking a highly strategic and operational Client Solutions Director to join our Growth organization. This role will 1) guide client and internal functional teams through the health plan implementation process, from early in the sales cycle through an initial launch period, and 2) partner on solutions initiatives across clients.
The ideal candidate for this role is organized, proactive, has an understanding of all stages of a health plan relationship, comfortable leading client conversations, and skilled at building relationships both internally and externally.
