Talent Acquisition Partner, Clinical (W2, Temporary)

This is a full-time, temporary position with a planned end date of March 31st.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building high-performing, mission-aligned teams of client-centered clinicians dedicated to driving exceptional client outcomes.

As part of our Operations Team, you’ll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. You’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience, and closing.
