Head of Workforce Planning & Go-to-Market Strategy

We are looking for a visionary Head of Planning to own our global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and lead our Workforce Planning business. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the Visier solution and influencing our customer strategic workforce plans. You will be responsible for defining how Visier builds and scales its planning solutions in the market, driving revenue growth, and leading the workforce planning consulting team that helps enterprise customers transition from static plans to living, continuous workforce strategies.
