Website Experience Sr. Director

We are hiring a Website Experience Sr. Director in our Marketing Operations area in Brazil or the US (Remote accepted)!

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, this role owns the evolution of Wellhub's website , from a traditionally-managed site to an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model, where AI agents increasingly handle content assembly, personalization, identity resolution, and optimization, freeing the team to focus on strategy, judgment calls, and the exceptions that matter. This is a hands-on strategic role: owning the roadmap, design, testing, data, and execution, and leading product managers, UX designers, web analytics, and developers to deliver on that vision.
