As a Lead Sales Recruiter, you won't just fill requisitions - you will serve as a senior operational partner to sales leadership, designing efficient hiring workflows, driving pipeline velocity, and elevating the talent bar across our Revenue organization.
In this senior IC role, you will lead by example. You will own high-visibility sales searches (from high-performing AEs to Senior Director-level sales leaders) while serving as an operational anchor and mentor to peers on the recruiting team.
