Senior Director, Product Management (Post-Purchase Experiences and Platforms)

Post-purchase experiences are one of Affirm’s most critical customer experiences, directly shaping customer trust, credit performance, and the economics of every loan we serve. We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the teams responsible for the end-to-end repayments journey, from how customers manage and make payments to how Affirm supports customers through delinquency, collections, credit reporting, bankruptcy, and financial hardship.

This leader will oversee a large, multi-domain product organization and set the long-term strategy for several foundational post purchase consumer experiences and platforms.
