Client Marketing Manager

As the Client Marketing Manager, you will own the full scope of programs that deepen relationships with Andela’s clients, amplify the voice of the customer, and surface market intelligence that directly supports commercial growth. You will operate the Client Advisory Board, lead Voice of the Customer and NPS programs, produce a robust bank of case studies and testimonials, and serve as the connective tissue between Andela’s client base and its broader go-to-market strategy.

You will operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership , ensuring that the client perspective informs everything from product positioning to growth strategy.
