As a Senior People Operations Associate, you will be a day-to-day owner of global People Operations, serving as our subject matter expert for Europe, while also contributing to the programs and systems work of the PODS team and leading People Operations projects from scoping through delivery. You will manage the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding through offboarding, administer leaves, keep employee data accurate in our HR systems, and help ensure our practices remain compliant with local labor law and GDPR.
