The Compensation Programs & Partnerships (P&P) team designs, executes, and maintains some of the people programs and partnerships that enables Affirm to provide thoughtful experiences and rewards to Affirmers. We are seeking a detail oriented, collaborative Compensation Analyst who is passionate about delivering compensation programs and partnerships that helps drive Affirm’s success. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Compensation and work closely with the Senior Manager and broader Compensation team to strategize, build, refine, maintain, and implement various programs and initiatives.
