Our Employee Relations (ER) Partners protect fairness, consistency, and trust as we grow. You'll own our most sensitive and complex People cases, so that leads can act early.
As an ER Partner at ElevenLabs, you'll lead formal performance processes, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters from start to finish, working closely with Legal and outside counsel across many jurisdictions.
