Growth owns Evolve's owner-acquisition funnel, from first impression through qualified lead and signup, and all of our marketing. This role extends Growth's product work past signup into activation, working side by side with the Onboarding team that runs the process today.
What you’ll do
- Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing, with activation rate, time to live and 180-day retained activations as the measures of success
- Find where owners stall , property setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates, multi-property onboarding , and decide what to fix first and how
