We’re looking for a Portfolio & Investment Operations Manager to join our growing team! As Portfolio & Investment Operations Manager, you’ll own asset management for a portfolio of residential transition loans (RTL)/bridge loans and home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) across securitizations, forward flow agreements, and joint ventures. You’ll be the primary point of accountability for the ongoing performance, compliance, and economics of these portfolios and joint ventures, bridging deal structuring and live operations by turning portfolio management objectives and servicing, warehouse, and sale documents into repeatable practices.
