In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of creative and content assets, coordinating across teams, optimizing workflows, and serving as the final checkpoint for both visuals and messaging. You’ll review creative and content for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Five9 tone, voice and style guidelines, and route issues back to the right owner to fix. You’ll partner closely with content and creative teams while managing and continuously improving the intake, tracking and workflows that bring it all together.
