Staff Product Manager, Tenant Scale

The team sits within Infrastructure Platforms and works on foundational platform capabilities. It partners closely with engineering, adjacent product managers, and internal customers across regions, with a strong emphasis on GitLab’s asynchronous working style and long-term platform thinking. Product managers on the team share ownership of a common pool of work; at the Staff level, you’ll help guide how that work is prioritized and mentor teammates as they take it on.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US.
