Associate General Counsel

Givebutter is hiring an Associate General Counsel to lead Givebutter's in-house legal function across corporate governance, intellectual property, risk management, and employment. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will own the legal work that protects Givebutter's foundation: how the company governs itself, how it protects what it owns, how it manages risk, and how it supports its people. This is a hands-on role at a payments-enabled fundraising platform in a regulated space, and we are building a function that handles that work internally rather than routing it out.
