Senior Revenue Systems Specialist

• An AI-fluent operator - you already use tools like Claude, Glean, or ChatGPT in your day to day, and you’re interested in what they can do inside a revenue stack

What you’ll do

• Own and build solutions in Salesforce, including data model design, declarative automation, validation, permissions, page layouts, and reporting, taking projects from scoping and intake through rollout, adoption, and documentation
• Administer our post-sale platforms, including Gainsight and Accord, alongside our Customer Success Operations team, covering the rules engine, journey and email programs, surveys including NPS, and the workflows behind customer health scoring, CSM assignment, and account transfers
