Senior / Staff Product Manager, Patient Home Experience

Most patients open the Headway app about twice a week, almost always for logistics: join a session, message their provider, check an appointment. To them, Headway is where care gets scheduled and billed. It isn't yet a product they want to open.

You'll be the PM for Home Base, the team dedicated to the Headway patient experience on native and web: the iOS app, our first Android app, and the logged-in web portal that every patient uses after they book. In 2027 the app becomes the front door to Headway. It should be a best-in-class native experience that uses everything the platform offers, backed by a web portal that removes friction instead of adding it.
