Director of Safety

We're hiring a Director of Safety to build and scale safety strategy for our distributed in-home care workforce. In this role, you will own reducing injury rates and severity, reducing workers' compensation spend, and driving a safe environment for clients and Care Professionals (CPs). You'll mine large, ambiguous, and imperfect datasets to surface the risk indicators that actually predict incidents and injuries, then design systemic solutions, built on technology, not just process, that hold up as we grow into new markets and service lines. You'll own the full workers' compensation lifecycle, building durable programs that manage costs more effectively.
