Member Growth Operations Contractor

Virta is seeking a direct-mail operations contractor to provide temporary coverage within Member Growth Operations. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for keeping a high-volume, highly visible acquisition channel accurate, on schedule, and well coordinated across internal teams and external production partners.

You will manage established direct-mail workflows from intake through in-home delivery: campaign planning, data and creative readiness, proofing, approvals, vendor handoffs, production tracking, QA, and issue resolution. You will work independently on routine execution while partnering closely with Growth, Creative, Implementation, Analytics, and external vendors.
