Senior Community Manager, Programs & Advocacy

This role exists because the people who've grown with Jane, gone above and beyond in our community, or introduced new practitioners to Jane deserve to feel celebrated for it. You'll build and own the programs that make that recognition real. You'll also lend support and expertise to help our existing programs run even better.

This is a senior individual contributor role, reporting directly to me. I see it as a genuine partnership. You'll be joining a team of five, including me. Rather than owning a single program, you'll own community programming as a whole, several connected programs working together, without needing a team under you to do it.
