Software Development Manager - Growth

Hi, I'm Vivek, and I lead Product Growth at Jane. I've spent the last decade building and scaling growth engines at high-growth companies, and I joined Jane this year to build our first dedicated Growth group. I care about teams that stay close to the customer, ship often, and learn from every release so we can build things clinics couldn't have asked for yet.

Our mission is Activation. Most clinics set up Jane on their own, and those first weeks shape everything that follows. When a clinic gets up and running early, it tends to stay with us for years, and when that early experience is right, Jane grows.
