Hi, I'm Cheng from the Data Performance and Tooling Team at Jane. I lead the foundational infrastructure that powers data across Jane. We ship pipelines, data availability, analytics and reporting infrastructure - the building blocks other teams depend on to do their work. I've been at Jane for six years and one month, it has been exciting watching Jane grow from a start up to what it is now, and for most of that time our work was about getting foundational systems right. Now we're at an inflection point where we're thinking bigger about data strategy, governance at scale, and how to enable the whole company through better access and insights.
