Insurance Counsel - Forms Drafting

We're looking for an Insurance Counsel - Forms to help us turn aggressive state and product expansion into policy language that holds up. Kin is entering new states and launching new products now, and that pace will continue through 2027 and beyond. Nothing sells in a new state until its full form set is drafted, and statutory research and original drafting are work that can't be handed off. This role is that work.

You'll join the Forms team within Legal & Compliance, reporting to our Senior Insurance Counsel. You'll anchor either personal auto or property, depending on your experience, and serve as backup for the other line. You'll be the drafting owner for your line of business.
