Senior Policy Forms Analyst, Drafting

We're looking for a Policy Forms Senior Analyst to help us keep pace with aggressive state and product expansion by drafting the forms every launch depends on. Kin is entering new states and launching new products now, and that pace will continue through 2027 and beyond. A new state can't open until its full form set is drafted, which puts this role on the critical path for growth.

You'll join the Forms team within Legal & Compliance, reporting to our Senior Insurance Counsel. You'll anchor either personal auto or property, depending on your experience, and serve as backup for the other line. You'll draft independently, with attorney review as the only check before your work moves to filing.
