Technical Recruiting Lead

Maven is looking for a Technical Recruiting Lead to own technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design. This is a player-coach role: you'll personally run full life-cycle recruiting for our most critical and complex technical roles, while also managing a small team of recruiters and/or sourcers supporting the broader tech hiring effort. You'll report to the Director of Recruiting and partner closely with engineering, product, and design leadership to translate hiring plans into real, hired talent. The right person is energized by both , closing a hard search themselves and developing the people around them to do the same.
