Senior International HRBP

In this client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers and internal teams, solving complex HR challenges across a number of countries in Western Europe, primarily Portugal, Italy, and Spain. Whether it’s advising on tricky terminations, navigating country-specific compliance, or unblocking sensitive people issues, your deep HR expertise and pragmatic mindset will help our customers feel supported and confident every step of the way. You will champion a high-performance culture, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes and leverage modern tools, including AI, to scale your impact and efficiency.
