The Business Operations Manager will be the operational owner for Rocket Money’s deposit products. You will run Business Operations for our existing savings plan account (FBO) and our new high yield savings account (HYSA), and build the operating foundation for any future deposit products.
This role sits at the intersection of product, customer support, legal / compliance, fraud, and marketing, acting as the connective tissue that ensures our deposit products are safe, scalable, compliant, and financially sound.
If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy architecting systems from scratch, and have a history of becoming the “go-to person” for a complex business area, this role is for you.
