Head of Provider Growth Strategy & Operations (Remote)

We are seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to architect the next phase of Rula’s provider growth. Reporting directly to our VP of Clinical Operations, you will lead the planning and execution for one of the company's most critical strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with C-suite leaders to drive results that directly expand our capacity to deliver care.

You will set the overarching strategy, build robust growth models, design a scalable operating system, and ensure all cross-functional go-to-market teams are deeply aligned and resourced to achieve their goals.
