In this role, you will work directly with our roster automation lead to validate data pipelines, execute bulk enrollment record updates, and maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks. You will build and maintain operational documentation and SOPs that eliminate tribal knowledge, create real-time visibility into enrollment and roster status, and scope operational requirements for new initiatives before they reach execution. Your work ensures that teams across the organization operate from a single, accurate source of truth and that every operational change is implemented with complete documentation and readiness.
