As Senior Product Manager I - People Systems, you will own the People systems ecosystem, including Workday, Docebo, People analytics platforms, and the integrations that support the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with People & Culture leadership, HR operations, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure People systems evolve to support workforce growth, operational efficiency, and accurate workforce insights.
You will report to the Director of Corporate Systems and collaborate closely with Engineering and business stakeholders across the company.
You Will:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the People systems pillar
