Design Manager

Turing is looking for a Design Manager in LATAM (remote) to help define and execute its visual brand across marketing channels. This is a working manager role for a highly creative, hands-on designer who can lead a team of two designers while continuing to personally create high-quality work. You will shape integrated campaigns across social media, web, email, events, presentations, and other marketing channels.

The role goes beyond static graphic design. You will create social visuals, website experiences, animations, video and motion assets, and cohesive campaign systems that scale across channels. AI will be a core part of how you work.
