Growth owns Evolve's owner-acquisition funnel, from first impression through qualified lead and signup, and all of our marketing. It's a small team by design, which means less process, more surface area, and a lot of creative freedom inside a clear brand.

What you’ll do

• Paid Creative
• Design static, motion and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new test channels, with multiple versions of each concept across formats and sizes
• Ship new variants every week with our performance marketers, built around clear hypotheses , hooks, messages, formats, audiences
• Read the results with the team, and turn what you learn into the next round rather than starting from scratch
